Even as a Therapist I struggle with Depression and Anxiety
As a therapist, I help others navigate anxiety and depression—but I also live with them myself. There have been seasons where showing up felt heavy, and I had to practice the same compassion and skills I encourage in my clients. I share this to remind you that struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’re human. Healing isn’t linear, and none of us have to walk it alone.
